<description><![CDATA[<P>&nbsp;<STRONG>&nbsp; [导言]<BR></STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp; 2010年1月28日起,ICANN网站增加了一个叫“ICANN in the News ”(中文可以译为：ICANN相关新闻)栏目(<A href="http://www.icann.org/en/press/clips.htm">http://www.icann.org/en/press/clips.htm</A>)，介绍包括英、法、德、西班牙、阿拉伯、日、中文等在内多种文字涉及ICANN的新闻(网站内容)，而且几乎每天都更新。不过它目前的更新是不保留旧的条目，而是将新的取代（顶替掉）旧的。为此，本人将从2010年3月12日(北京时间)起把它位于首页推荐的(<A href="http://www.icann.org/">http://www.icann.org</A>)及全部推荐的(<A href="http://www.icann.org/en/press/clips.htm">http://www.icann.org/en/press/clips.htm</A>)下裁留档，让大家知道全球每天有多少新闻媒体报道ICANN并能引起ICANN公关部门关注，特别是中文内容。</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ENOM在对用户的解释中称：我们的技术支持人员一直无法找出这个问题的根源。因此，我们的开发团队的正在对细节做进一步研究。而与此同时，在ENOM后台的.CM域名全部不能修改DNS信息。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 自从注册局从2009年8月1日开放注册该域名以来，该域名解析故障就连连不断。开放之初由提供注册商系统的CoCCA、提供DNS的Camtel、 以及CM域名注册管理局Netcom.cm三方运营.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 据了解，域名圈内将这类容易拼写错误的域名称之为Typo（意为：打字排印错误）域名，这类域名适合域名停放，赚取广告费，或搭建钓鱼网站、山寨网站等，而真正用于企业建站的少之又少。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 前不久，著名安全公司McAfee的报告显示，喀麦隆（CM后缀）是互联网世界中最危险的区域，标识度为最高的红色。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>[笔者6个月前的预警]<BR><BR></STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2009年9月29日，拙文《<A href="http://www.dnsnews.cn/1/2009-09-30/713.htm" target=_blank>讲讲域名注册商(29)注册.CM域名风险分析</A>》一文，从多个角度分析“注册.CM域名风险”问题。当时此文曾在一些域名社区遭到一些“.CM域名利益相关者带有人身攻击性评沦”。而上述文章并没有介绍一些注册.CM域名背后的经济风险，特别是一些人以“5000元人民帀/个”倒卖.cm域名而一些盲目投资人也信以为真地支付订购。<BR><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 这些非常不理性的现象，才让笔者写了上述一文。</P>
<P>&nbsp;<STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp; [纠正.cm域名新信息]<BR><BR></STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 域名访问失败原因很多，大家知道baidu.com 域名也可能因为DNS被人改掉而访问不正常。不过，今天上述编译的二条反映3月3日起在ENOM注册的.CM域名出现不能解析故障信息，有几点需要更正：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>一是“.cm注册局”是喀麦隆国家电信公司(Cameroon Telecommunications CAMTEL)，说它负责人“可能跑路了”是比较不可信。</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </STRONG>这好比有有人说：咱们国家电信公司提供的服务会因为它的项目负责人“可能跑路了”而出事的情况一样。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>二是“结果会是：理论上是icann换管理公司，然后有新厂商接手”的说法很无道理。</STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; .</STRONG>cm是ccTLD（国家和地区域名）,ICANN的政策是除了收基本运营费（25000.USD/年）以外，基本上交由各个NIC自行管理。打个比方：.cn有自己的根服务器，即使ICANN关掉.cn域名在全球根服务器解析，.cn仍然能在很短时间内（据专家说：最快30分钟内）全球也能访问自成一体的.cn域名，因为.cn域名自己的根服务器己经遍布全球几大洲，国内各大运营商就不用说了。这就是ccTLD与gTLD（类别域名，ICANN直接授权管理注册局）的最大差别。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>三是“用户会不会蒙受损失？没见过这样的。因为这是顶级注册局，和注册商还不是一回事。</STRONG> </P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 像之前registerfly倒闭又eNom和godaddy接手，它属于注册商。”之说就更不准确。ccTLD至今没有听说过倒闭之说，更不可能有倒闭的可能，基本上是国家和地区政府信息中心管理的。然而这次解析出故障，正如笔者所讲，原因很多，情况相当复杂。特别是安全公司McAfee把.cm域名列为全球钓鱼网站等危害公众用户的十大域名之首(McAfee calls .CM “Most Dangerous Country Domain”)，所以可能绝大多数.cm域名都被列为网络安全组织的黑名单中。但是我们也不能借此而推断是这次长达一周的.CM域名出现不能解析故障真正原因，因为安全公司McAfee的那份报告、把咱们.cn列为仅次于.cm的全球钓鱼网站等危害公众用户的十大域名之后，咱们.cn并未因此而出现.CM域名出现不能解析同样故障。</P>

<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em" align=center><STRONG><FONT face=宋体>网络正版大势所趋</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>2月24日，百度正式公布了旗下视频网站的品牌名、域名以及Logo。虽然这个预计3月正式上线的“奇艺”（QiYi）网站，首页显示建设进度还不到50%，但这并不能掩盖百度进军视频领域的急切和信心。“奇艺将借鉴美国知名视频网站Hulu模式，坚持正版、高清的发展模式。”CEO龚宇踌躇满志地表示。网站未来会考虑独立上市。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>可以预见的是，在百度奇艺上线后，中国网络视频市场将出现群雄逐鹿的局面：以优酷、土豆等单纯视频网站为代表的“民营队”；以新浪、搜狐、腾讯、网易为代表的“门户队”；以CNTV为代表的“国家队”；以芒果TV、凤凰宽频为代表的“地方队”；以依托盛大曲线上市的酷六为代表的“游戏队”和以百度为代表的“搜索队”，等等。由于央视、湖南卫视、上海文广等传统电视媒体拥有大量影视剧资源，而百度、盛大和四大门户网站等上市公司版权意识较强，因此，随着这些具有资源和资本优势的公司布局网络视频，在对原有视频网站造成前所未有的冲击的同时，也加速了网络视频内容正版化的进程。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>与此同时，政府主管部门的正式介入，进一步改善了目前网络视频版权领域内相对混乱的现状。1月20日，国家新闻出版总署联合公安部、工信部发起成立了“中国版权协会互联网版权工作委员会”，首批加入委员会的120家企业联合签署了《中国互联网行业版权自律宣言》，承诺规范网络使用传播作品的秩序。该宣言内容共10项，包括约束互联网公司“采取符合行业公认标准的技术措施，防止侵权行为的发生；建立互联网行业信息共享互助机制，制止恶意诉讼和不正当竞争行为”等。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>宣言发布后的第二天，酷六网召开新闻发布会，宣布开始清理国产影视内容，并表示在2010年将不惜任何代价地实现全面正版化，此前酷六网已全面删除网友上传的无版权欧美影视内容。据酷六网方面透露，目前酷六网已经完成了5000集以上的内容清理和删除工作，“预计今年4月份将能够全部清理完毕”。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>“2010年视频网站主要的关键词不是‘盈利’，而是‘版权’和‘正版化’。”酷六网CEO李善友表示，视频内容正版化成为2010年网络视频行业发展的大势所趋。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em" align=center><STRONG><FONT face=宋体>版权竞争日趋激烈</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>随着大量盗版视频被整顿清理，亟待有丰富的高质量视频来填补空缺。目前热播影视剧的流量占各大视频网站总流量的70％以上，对高质量版权影视剧的渴求，推动网络视频行业“内容为王”时代的到来。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>事实上，中国内地的视频节目运营企业这半年多来的版权瓜分战事已经十分红火。从“热播”旧剧到获得与电视台同步，如今再到领先电视台播放热剧，正版影视作品版权竞争之激烈可见一斑。而对于央视网视频版权、香港无线电视有限公司（TVB）大陆地区版权到美国电影协会（PMAA）片商版权授权的争夺更是到了白热化的程度。据知情人透露，香港TVB大陆地区版权授权，随着北京网尚公司两年一签的合约3月到期，众多新的竞标公司、新的载体授权费（例如IPTV等），让香港TVB大陆地区电视剧版权每年授权费用可能比2008~2009年度翻了至少4番。“无底价竞标成了这次竞标的一个可怕特点。”该人士表示。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>虽然视频版权价格飞涨，视频网站却像事先排演好了一样，集体宣布将投入更多资金购买版权。优酷网率先宣布将新融资的4000万美元用于正版内容，酷六网则投入4400万美元解决版权和带宽问题，土豆网也将启动1500万美元投入正版内容。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>在日益增加的成本压力下，昔日斗得死去活来的竞争对手开始握手言和。优酷与土豆网在上月宣布联合采购。此前，酷六网与搜狐联手各出资500万美元，建立国内首个“国际影视版权联合采购基金”。而以优朋普乐公司为首的视频网站也商量着对美国电影协会片商版权授权进行“团购”。业内人士认为，除带宽外，日益提升的版权费用成为视频网站的第二大成本支出，视频网站此前制定的盈利目标想必将要大大后延。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em" align=center><STRONG><FONT face=宋体>自律和协商授权年</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>在2009年，CCTV-2“经济半小时”栏目播出的“打击盗版代理商”李智勇先生的故事让公众难以忘却。然而至今为止，尚未听到媒体和北京网尚公司进一步披露李智勇在2009年创收1000万元纯利的跟踪报道。相反，从业内人士了解到及从媒体披露的信息中获得的信息是：网吧维权存在“判罚在降低、取证成本有提高迹象、地方保护趋势”。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>与此同时，另一则消息也引起了笔者的注意，原定于1月29日在广东深圳开庭审理的优朋普乐起诉迅雷案，由于迅雷要求增加被告而推迟。据优朋普乐相关人士介绍，迅雷向法院表示其也是受害者，并表示其所有影视剧均拥有版权，并且均由一个叫做“港老汇”的公司提供版权证明。</FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-INDENT: 2em"><FONT face=宋体>种种迹象表明，随着激烈的市场竞争和诉讼争议案件的增加，2010年依然不是李智勇们维权成功年，而是视频版权自律和协商授权年。首先，视频版权自查自律的行动比以前更富有成效。这里既有民间维权的贡献，也与政府这些年来一系列政策出台和强有力的法制环境支持分不开。其次，视频版权授权更加专业化、规范化、合理化。以香港TVB电视剧版权全经纪模式的系统操作为模板——大陆地区积累的片库+每年固定出品量从而累积大批忠实消费者——大陆制作公司也会向类似方向发展。第三，视频版权授权良性化促进产业做大做强。目前很多国内制作公司，例如小马奔腾、海润影视等陆续都要上市，如果其募集资金后能持续提供好作品，并形成平台、发展经纪、和电视台深入合作，两至三年后，国内一定会出现若干大制作公司。第四，中外视频产业交流势头在加速推动。华语节目在东南亚市场影响力很大，平台做大后，这样的一种文化产品输出，一定会形成下一波亚洲文化风潮，“韩流”应该会变“中国流”。</FONT></P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 感谢作者的自编自导大作一篇。仅从“还有，不知道您看出来没他的用心，他从一开始就对您以及任何人表示尊重，来换取支持，以至于换取点击率，他想跟您这样的元老交换链接来获取点儿点击率，您说没有意义，他就只能单相思地把您”这一段，俺就知道这“有一个旁观者”就是作者王馨语本人，因为那是我们2人之间的短信对话，别人是不可能（仅网管和使用此帐号者、黑客除外）知道的。因此，这又是一篇“此地无银三百两”之作。如果作者是研究情报学背景的，这一漏洞也不应该让人一看就知道。这是一。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 其二，作者文章文笔与概念都很新鲜，才有了被推荐上本网站头条机会，值得祝贺。而正是这种原因，被他人、包括本人在内浏览的机率才大很多，这其实就是一种“媒介学”常识，可惜推介“媒介学”的人自已也忘了。看来还没有太深入研究的经验。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 其三，1510这个网站开了很久，可能快一年了，本人才申请了专栏，与网站管理人员素未谋面，但是因为搬了本人很多旧作（12年来至少有2000文约500万字以上了）过来，因此就显得此处比人多的原因。这也是一种常识。不是什么元老。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 最后，1510这个网站的友情链接不会带来多少点击，而且在本网内链接是一种多此一举的动作。如果您连网站流量构成都陌生，建议多找一些资料研究。至于您这文的心态，做媒体的人如果看不懂，那就是笑话了。这个帖子会再变成一文，让大家知道到底有多大的事发生，再给您多一些点击。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 任何一个不阻止别人评论的网站，它上面文作后面一定会有各种评论，任何一位作者如果是抱着“叶公好龙”心态参与这种互动,迟早会遇到心里障碍，形成自己兴趣的坎。这就是博客写作心态问题。这些，似乎王馨语网友在“媒介学”中尚未涉及，建议多一点推介一下。</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 出于兴趣，笔者(在2010-02-17 07:18)留言：<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 可否把己的英文名称(“媒介学”的英文名称)也附上？编译新学科信息，这是一种学术上的严谨性。当年方兴东译Blog一词，其实在1999年ChinaByte己有人介绍。这个人我称他为中国Blog启蒙者。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 不想得到了作者(在2010-02-17 10:11)如此回答：<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 谢谢您读的很细。我在这里没有给出这个学科的外文名字，是有原因的。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 首先，这个学科为法国人创立，叫 médiologie，这个学科的开山之做是“Cours général de la médiologie"。要知道，不是所有学科都是美国人创立的，也不要什么都想着英语，这个学科在英美还没有专门学者给出其对应的名字，如果硬是写成 mediology，意义很可能就偏了。就好比中国把一个学科称为“竞争情报”，就把其原本意义缩水了百分之50。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 其次，我在这里并不是编辑科学信息，我也并不是要写什么专栏或者报告，我只是在介绍我所研究的东西。至于给不给出英文名，其实并不重要。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 最后，欢迎任何人读我写的东西，更加欢迎参与讨论。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本人(在2010-02-19 16:20)再给作者3点个人拙见：<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1、如果您是研究者，您就更应该把两种文字附上。这是科学研究的严谨性基本原则之一。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2、如果您是编译者，忠实于原文，在第一次引用时提供原词就更加是编译工作者的一个基本原则。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 世界在发展，科学（自然、社会、科技）也在发展，传播者的责任是解惑与布道，这同时更要求严谨的学术传播原则，以免误导公众。Internet、Blog二个词在中国的译法多样化到最后大家认可“互联网”、 “博客”成为首选，但是也并不掩盖“博客”一词将Bloggger、Blogging的“人物化”、“动词”忽略的缺陷。在《中国博客自律公约》起草的前3稿，起草者就是如此混淆写，而第4稿还考虑“博客平台”涉及的三方（平台提供方BSP、作者Bloggger、留言者Poster）如何在这“自律公约”中可以操作问题。如果不这么考虑，《中国博客自律公约》英文版怎么译为外文，连英文翻译都寸步难行？<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3、不管什么外文，传播者都应该明白文化表达的差距化及防止歧义问题。这就是学术观点，而不是跟文字、文化渊源相关问题了。供参考。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 《南方人物周刊》2月初有记者 吴虹飞 发自北京一文，标题是《周有光 105岁从世界看中国》,文中有几段话很值得我们这一代人思考：</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 人物周刊：除了向内观照华夏文化之外，您一直很关注全球化的问题。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 周有光：我是学经济出身，1955年全国文字改革会议之后领导让我做文字改革，我就改行了。研究语言文字学时我发现，中国在这方面有很好的传统，缺点是只研究中国不研究外国，只研究古代不研究现代。新时代语言文字的许多问题其实从清朝末年就开始了，古老的语言文字跟现代化不能配合。所以我写成了《汉字改革概论》，把群众的感性认识提高到理性认识，把文字改革跟现代科学挂钩。当时发行量很大，日本很快就翻译过去了。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 我做研究有这种视野--必须从世界来看中国，不能从中国来看世界。比如提出一个问题，汉字在世界历史上占什么地位？这个问题很重要，我从50年代开始研究，一直到80多岁把它写成书，叫做《世界文字发展史》，补充了现代的知识，跟外国联系，把汉字的学问扩大到世界。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 前两天我看到这本《许倬云访谈录》，有一段话很对，大意是说过去我们讲爱国，现在全球化年代不能这么讲了。法国人爱法国，德国人爱德国，于是打了两次世界大战。要爱人类，从爱人类的角度来爱国。这种想法在英美很早就有了，我最近写了两篇文章稍稍提到一点，出版社说写得太心急了，不知道读者能不能接受得了。说真的，迟早我们要接受，这是一个趋势。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 文化不分国家。但我们这里，《人民日报》好多文章还是老一套，现在大学政治课都是老师讲给天花板听。要从世界看国家，不能从国家看世界，老一套的宣传迟早要改掉的。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 人物周刊：您曾提及历史发展的轨道主要是：在经济方面，从农业化到工业化到信息化，从听任自然到改造自然；在政治方面，从神权到君权到民权，从专制制度到民主制度；在思维方面，从神学思维到玄学思维到科学思维，从迷信盲从到独立思考。您这个轨道的设想是怎么产生的？</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 周有光：社会的发展可以从好多角度看，主要是3个：经济的、政治的和文化的。经济方面有3个高峰：农业化、工业化、信息化。中国农业化发展特别好，值得骄傲；工业化我们落后了，现在靠引进外包经济慢慢好起来，但这是初级阶段；信息化我们也进入了，比较快，特别是手机。但也在低阶段，最近不是正跟谷歌吵架吗，就是信息化的问题。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 政治是从神权政治到君权政治再到民权政治，就是从专制到民主。民主制度3000多年前古希腊就有了，可美国发展得比别的地方快。欧洲传统势力大，有很强大的特权阶级。我常说贪污很简单的，有特权有保密权，当然可以贪污，一民主特权没用处了，所以许多人要反对民主。</P>

<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 自己的猜想是：2010年网络媒体的春晚一定会比今年更加受网络用户欢迎，因为央视春晚的顶峰己经走到了商业铜臭味让公众反胃的2010年，该走下坡路了！<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 本来想在这新年写一些办年货、吃团年饭、拜年的东西，但是都在新浪微博（<A href="http://t.sina.com.cn/sz1961sy">http://t.sina.com.cn/sz1961sy</A>）发了，就不写。倒是今天拜读了贾敬华《从微点、360案看瑞星的竞争策略》(<A href="http://home.donews.com/donews/article/1/139271.html">http://home.donews.com/donews/article/1/139271.html</A>)一文，回想自己前几天写了《我的台式电脑狠心地把XP换Win7和装Office 2007版》一文在1510网站上吸引不少留言(<A href="http://www.my1510.cn/article.php?id=a87e3e91f9655586">http://www.my1510.cn/article.php?id=a87e3e91f9655586</A>)及招来批评,认为有必要从贾兄一文写另一个观点供大家参考。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 作为用户，1995年10月上网以来，杀毒软件则从金山(2003年前）换诺顿(2003-2004）、换瑞星（2004-2008.8）、换趋势(2008-2009.10)，现用微点，我想除了不敢用360之外，主流杀毒软件我家及单位电脑都用过了，有不少深刻体会。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>首先，“免费杀毒软件”有误导成分</STRONG></P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “免费杀毒软件”的概念是一个人工编造的词，在商业概念上，有误导公众的味道。因为用户端电脑要杀毒是一种网络在线服务，这需要成本，如果有公司说它不需要成本而免费，不符合经济学逻辑。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>其次，谨防“免费杀毒软件”免责</STRONG></P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 装“免费杀毒软件”的合同（协议条款）同付费的杀毒软件至今没有专业人士对它做一一对比，因此，其中的商业缺陷在哪里，需要从法律（合同法）角度去做深度剖析，才能让用户真正明白一些本质差异。上网这么多年来让笔者印象最深的一件事是163.net邮箱被挟持时，中国几百万免费邮箱用户因为“免费”而无法追究运营方的失责。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>第三，不装杀毒软件不是杀毒免费</STRONG></P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 用户电脑不必装杀毒软件并不是杀毒软件免费，目前有这种情况的是Win7用户，但是大家记住买Win7是付费的，不过，金山毒霸反病毒工程师李铁军介绍说:Win7不装杀软的前提是：正确判断UAC的提醒框，如果错误的点了是，杯具将不可避免，俺已经试过多次了。网友柳华芳说：新版QQ医生，巨头腾讯要进安全领域啦,意思是说：腾讯公司也要借QQ医生这个入口做免费杀毒，不过，到今天为止，本人作为QQ付费用户，它的这个QQ医生尚未让自己放心地用过一次，也许未来会有改进。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>第四，一位杀毒软件工程师讲内情</STRONG></P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 引用曾经在瑞星、趋势工作过、现在微点的一位上我家做维护的工程师说法：所有正规的杀毒软件，并不提供杀木马、杀流氓软件的服务，因为这些杀毒软件公司认为这不是他们的工作服务范围。而大家看一下2月13日这条新浪科技的新闻：《微软称XP蓝屏死机问题源于恶意软件》</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 微软本周二发布了13个安全补丁，共计修补了26项安全漏洞。但随后有用户在Windows支持论坛中报告蓝屏死机问题。微软随后就此展开调查，并表示该故障可能与其中一项名为MS10-015的补丁有关，微软还于周四停止通过Windows Update为用户提供这款补丁。 </P>
<P>　　微软于本周五发布初步结论称，该故障可能与恶意软件有关。微软高级安全通信经理杰瑞·布莱恩特(Jerry Bryant)说：“系统中的恶意软件会导致这种情况，但现在并不排除其他可能的原因，我们仍在进行调查。”他还通过Twitter发表声明称：“我们已经证实了几个案例，将恶意软件移除后，系统即可正常启动。”</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 一定会明白：其实杀毒这件事，不仅仅是杀毒公司的问题，而且也是系统陷阱的问题。制造网络病毒有商业利益驱动，杀毒就不用讲了。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>最后，一些现实的数据必须知道</STRONG></P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 新华网的网页都带毒(<A href="http://w.org.cn/user1/4/archives/2008/1707.html">http://w.org.cn/user1/4/archives/2008/1707.html</A>)，2010-02-05 腾讯网 乐天《公安部称09年37%政府网站存在网页安全漏洞》一文讲：公安部网络安全保卫局2月4日介绍，2009年被调查对象发生网络安全事件的比例为43%，比2008年大幅下降20%。经对6000余家政府网站检测显示，37%的政府网站存在网页安全漏洞。全国己经有5万多个gov.cn域名,建有约4万个政府网站，大家可以想象一下，用户还要访问有色网页才会中病毒吗?</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 这就是网络安全的现实，值得产业界的人士反思、值得用户心里明白自己上网不中毒其实不全是靠免费、运气才行。如果您的电脑信息是有价值的，找专业、负责的服务商，多备份才是最保险的。</P>
